Restrictions are eased but we are still operating safely. We ask for viewing appointments. Vehicles are cleaned and sanitised prior to viewing and collection. Masks are not required but optional.
Christmas 2021 update
In addition to the below, we are open and observing safe practices for both our staff and customers. As guidance has tightened we ask for masks to be worn when inside and viewings appointments are appreciated. Vehicles are sanitised before collection.
April 2021 Update We are now open again from 12th April and observing distancing requirements. Viewing appointments are appreciated. We do have vehicles in stock and new vehicles arriving, however with worldwide supply chain issues, factories are running at well below capacity and some have even ceased production until the worldwide situation improves. This means that lead times for new vehicles are longer. We do have new vehicles pre-ordered for stock but it does mean that we currently have much lower levels of vehicles in stock here in the UK unsold.
We are of course adhering to government guidelines with regard to keeping customers and staff safe. Vehicle handovers are distanced and vehicles are full sanitised before collection. Vehicle sales and test drives are undertaken safely. Until supply volumes improve we may be working with reduced staff. Our parts department is still open and our workshops and MOT are also open.
January 2021 Update Our showroom is closed but we do have vehicles in stock including 2021 Model Ram Laramies and Limited models available for immediate UK registration. Please contact us. We are working with a skeleton staff operating from home. Our parts and service departments are also open but operating with reduced staff. As before all vehicles are fully sanitised and treated with Staysafe anti-microbial treatment prior to collection or delivery.
NOVEMBER 2020 UPDATE:
With the UK government’s announcement 31st October we will closing our showroom from Thursday 5th November. However our company will still be open taking calls and emails and we can continue to supply vehicles. We will continue to supply parts by courier or mail. Our staff will be operating on a reduced basis and mainly be working from home, but we will be continuing to supply both new and used vehicles on a safe and distanced basis. Please contact us to order or secure vehicles, all vehicles will continue to be sanitised as detailed below.
Staying Safe
Our company is observing government guidelines with regard to social distancing and the sanitisation of both vehicles and public/staff areas.
Viewings are by appointment please so we can can control numbers of people and make sure the vehicle that you want to see is cleaned and the interior sanitised before you arrive.
If you do not wish to come and view, we can offer full “walk round” videos, face-time video calls showing the vehicles and any specific areas that you wish to see. For company purchases, we can also arrange for delivery.
New vehicles can still be ordered in the normal way. Some things will take a little longer, but we believe that this will settle down once all supply chains return back to normal.
All our vehicles are cleaned and also treated with “Stayzon" - Staysafe which is a long lasting non-toxic anti-microbial treatment that also treats the vehicle’s heating/ventilation and air conditioning systems.
Having traded through all conditions over the last 35 years, this is obviously a new situation for all everyone. By following guidelines we can continue to supply you with vehicles, parts, service and be here and ready when things get back to normal. We will be operating with reduced staff for a while, so please bear with us.
