The Amazing New 2021 Ram TRX is about to commence production

THE HEART OF A LEGEND

The TRX is the most powerful production street-legal half ton pickup truck ever built. Equipped with a 6.2 Litre V8 Supercharged engine that produces 702BHP and 650 lb-ft Torque it will be equipped with an eight speed transmission and huge capability both on and off road. It is a large truck – some eight inches wider overall than the standard Ram and this wider track will give it off road stability and the immense power plant means that from launch 0-60mph comes up in just 4.5 seconds.

Demand for the first TRX trucks is huge and currently vehicle pricing is well into the premium territory. The 702 Launch editions sold out in minutes of being announced. We can source early models for delivery to the UK early in 2021 but initial pricing will be high. As 2021 progresses we do expect supply to catch up with demand and pricing should fall.

The TRX joins the amazing supercharged vehicle line up from FCA that includes the Dodge Challenger Hellcat and Charger Hellcat versions, the family SUV Durango and the Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk. This completes the line up of most powerful production muscle car, production saloon, production SUV and now the most powerful production light truck.

Powerful Supercharger

The twin-screw supercharger provides near instantaneous torque, has a maximum speed of 14,600 rpm and can regulate boost pressure up to an astounding 11.0 psi.

Massive Airbox

The high-performance air induction system filters four times as much dirt and debris than the Ford Raptor, all while consuming up to 32.9 liters of air per minute.

Legendary Engine Block

A robust cast-iron block restrains a forged-steel crankshaft with induction-hardened bearings, all engineered to withstand firing pressures of 1,595 psiâ€”the equivalent of 20,000 pounds of force.
